SPS ATM services include the following:
Device certification, ATM device driving, transaction acquiring and switching services.
We support a variety of ATM device communication solutions including lease line, dial up and GPRS. We also support leased-line ATMs including those based on Diebold 911 and 912, and NCR NDC+, as well as those that emulate these types, such as Wincor and Fujitsu.
Another service area is dial-up ATMs including Triton, Tranax (formerly Cross), Tidel, and Diebold CSP 100/200, as well as certain Triton emulations.
We have a 24/7 onsite help desk that has access to user friendly ATM network monitoring tools, which enable us to know the status of every ATM in the network at any given moment and to control each ATM from a central point.
SPS has terminal management, which allows proactive, real-time monitoring of ATMs and network connections. Operators can view all terminals connected to the system. For example, operators can check on the cash levels at a particular ATM or on the status of a specific ATM.
This management enables us to provide transaction queries and dispute resolution, ATM Reporting in real time or as standard batch reports, remote download management services including remote ATM key loading (3DES) and enhanced ATM services including high quality on-screen graphics, customised receipts, branding and advertising.
Finally, looking to the future, the development of our Direct Charging functionality is well underway.
