
Help Desk Service Representatives
With over 11,000 ATM and EFTPOS devices connected to our network we are looking for talented, experienced Help Desk Service Representatives who have a passion and desire to deliver superior service to our Clients and their Customers. We want Help Desk staff that are willing to take ownership of problems and solve them in a timely and efficient manner for our Clients.
The Help Desk Operator role provides an opportunity to work in a challenging position with exciting prospects for the future. Reporting to the Help Desk Manager you will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls from ATM/EFTPOS Merchants
- Liaising with external third party service providers to resolve issues
- Accurate recording of client incidents
- Providing technical assistance and support
- Participating in rotating shift hours to provide 24/7 support
We require a highly experienced individual with:
- Ability to deliver superior customer service
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Previous experience with ATM or EFTPOS related Help Desk
- Problem solving and trouble shooting experience
- Strong technical and organizational skills
- Willingness to work in a team
It would be desirable for the ideal candidate to have advanced knowledge of ATM / EFTPOS hardware and software, be Tertiary qualified.
